    I recently had the pleasure of experiencing RedRock Grill, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered RedRock, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my experience was flawless. The quality of the food itself was outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly to a medium rare. I particularly enjoyed the Beef and Potato croquette as it was a mixture of sweet and savory, with a flaky crust. Moreover, the overall atmosphere and environment were inviting and comfortable, making the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. I believe RedRock will meet and exceed your expectations.     Unfathomably delicious! We were seated very quickly by kind staff at the bar on a busy Friday night and were waited just as quick. Our food came in the blink of an eye and I wanted to cry at how gorgeous this mountain of roasted beef was. A common gyudon problem is bland rice at the bottom of the bowl, but no no no- not Red Rock. The roast beef jus mixed into all of the bowl, giving everything a savory umami. Cleverly to avoid it being too one-note, the mayo sauce cut through with a sweet balance that accented the creaminess of the golden egg yolk. Can't believe I've been missing out on this- easily one of the best meals I've had in Los Angeles.

    Tip for trying this place out is to go Early cuz its popping even after 1pm. I can't imagine what dinner time is like. The food is very good and comes out quick. It's a heightened rice bowl. The meat is cooked to perfection. I had medium rare and it was perfectly tender. I will definitely be returning.

    The Food was very good. Not that busy in the middle of the week. Inside is small so i estimate that only around 20 people can eat inside. They also have a "bar" sitting area. Plaza has enough parking since its shared with others. They have Handicap Parking which is located right Infront of the Entrance. The Food - Very unique taste. Food is very well seasoned and the hamburg meat was very juicy while not being overcooked. Rice and Egg is delicious.
